As your Property Strategist, I work with you before anything is built, renovated or significantly changed. About layout, use, appearance, technology and feasibility. Because a home can be beautiful, but if the routing does not work, a space is used in the wrong way or a detail starts to bother you every day, you will keep noticing it.
I look at your property the way I look at a construction project: with an eye for what is beautiful, what works in practice and what still makes sense in the long run. Sometimes the solution lies in a major intervention. More often, it lies in making a smarter choice at the beginning.
That is why I ask questions. How do you live in the house? Which rooms are used most intensively? What irritates you? What should stay? What could be better?
With my background in carpentry, interiors and high-end villa construction, I connect living wishes with execution. I think in atmosphere and style, but also in materials, technology, routing, maintenance and use. A room can look beautiful, but someone still needs to think about where the speakers go without making the interior look like a full-blown electronics store.
