Your villa in trusted hands
As your Villa Manager, I make sure your property does not slowly turn into a collection of loose ends. I get to know the house, keep an overview and take care of what needs attention: maintenance, repairs, inspections, faults, regular suppliers, small adjustments and everything that does not quite fit into a standard category.
You do not have to chase installers yourself, check whether something has been properly finished or stay home for every appointment. I am happy to take that off your hands. That requires trust: in my eye, my way of working and the people I bring in.
Because I started out as a carpenter, I look at things differently. More practically. I see where materials may start to move, where a detail is not quite right and when it makes more sense to pick something up myself instead of turning it into half a construction meeting. Not everything needs to go past three diaries, two quotations and a coffee-fuelled discussion first.
For specialist work, I bring in skilled people I know and trust. Installers, painters, electricians, interior builders, pool and wellness experts, home automation specialists and other professionals who are used to working in homes where quality, discretion and finish are never an afterthought. After thirty years in this field, I have a fairly good idea of who you should call. And also: who you definitely should not.
Where possible, I prepare work from my own office and workshop. That saves time on site, limits disruption in the house and ensures solutions are not being invented only once everyone is already standing in the hallway.
Even when you are not there, your property remains in good hands. I check, coordinate, supervise and solve what needs attention.
One trusted point of contact for everything that makes your home exceptional, and keeps it that way.
